Plan Markups: Scope of Work, Dimensions, Organization, Quantity Takeoffs
Electronic plan markup: Dimensions, header heights, door and window R.O.s, measurements to/from gridline(s), key notes, and more.
Quantity takeoff support: highlights, item counts, linear and square feet measurement's.
Scope of work: A document with highlighted sections of construction details to turn in with your propsoal to clearly show what's in or out of scope.
Build Plans and Product Assembly Manuals
Build Plan: Organized instructions, dimensions, finishes and locations in a clean sheet you can use with your crew and clients. Usually includes a basic or detailed render, or 2d floorplan.
Assembly manual: Numbered steps with instructions, parts list and product renders to assemble your product.
3D Visuals, 2D Floorplans, Construction Details
Project or product render: Basic or Detailed 3D renders of your project.
Exploded view render: Visual breakdown of components and connections for manufacturing and assembly clarity.
Construction detail in 3D: Turn a 2D detail into 3D to solve confusion before it starts.
Technical Help
Folder dump and re-organize: Upload a copy of your entire folder of documents and I can rename, reorder and organize it all. Then simply download the organized folder right back to your drive. Or keep it in our cloud folder.
Online office setup: I can set up your Google Workspace, Microsoft SharePoint, or other online office applications.
Store it with us: Let our organized Google Drive be the home for all your documents and projects. Edit or download files at any time.

How I work
Define Scope – What do you need? I'll quote your project for free.
Share Your Materials – Upload large files directly to my cloud folder, or email smaller files.
Deliver Work – I'll send back the completed work and generate an invoice due immediately.
Want to keep working together? – After a couple of projects we can switch to bi-weekly billing. I'll do the work you need and submit it immediately, you get an invoice on the 1st and 15th of every month.
